Conditions for cancellation

It may appear that you are unexpectedly prevented from taking your Canal Tour, Special, Private Tour or Boat Rental. You can cancel or reschedule your reservation or booking. We charge a fee for this

Request to cancel or reschedule? Only by email to info@bootjesenbroodjes.nl. Please, in adition your request, attach your booking confirmation.

Canal tours and Specials

You can cancel your purchased tickets up to one day before departure or, if possible, reschedule. The processing costs are 20% per change, with a minimum of €5.

Catering booked as part of your Canal tour or Special can be cancelled free of charge up until 72 hours in advance. Because of the preparations needed we charge 75% to 100% of the costs when you cancel the catering less than 72 hours in advance.

Boat rental

You can change or cancel your reservation up to one day before departure:

  • up to 72 hours before departure the processing and administrative costs are €10,- per boat
  • up to 24 hours before departure these costs are €20,- per sloop.
  • within 24 hours before departure a refund is not possible (unless use can be made of the bad weather scheme).

Cancellation in case of rain or strong wind is possible free of charge. On the day of departure, the landlord determines whether the weather conditions are such that you can cancel free of charge.

Private boat tours

If you wish to cancel your boattrip, and do this at least 7 days in advance to your trip, cancelling is free of charge. If cancelled 7 days to 72 hours in advance, we will charge 25% of the total costs. If you cancel up to 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of the total costs. Cancelling less then 24 hours in advance is not possible, we are required to charge the full amount.
