Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. Bootjes en Broodjes uses the following computer programs or systems:
1. ReCreateX
This is the system from which the availability of boats and cruises is retrieved. This is also the system in which the orders, together with the personal details such as, telephone number and e-mail address, are stored.
2. MailChimp
This system is used to send out our digital newsletter. The e-mail address will be saved there if you have ticked the box on the website to receive the newsletter. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
3. Molly
This is the system used for payments. Personal data left there are not stored by Bootjes en Broodjes in our own systems.
4. Google
This website uses Google Analytics cookies, for more information about this, see our cookie statement. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google. We have chosen to mask part of the IP address. The sharing of data with third parties has been switched off. We do not use any other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.
How long we store personal data
Bootjes en Broodjes does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We use the following retention period for online bookings we store your personal data for a maximum of 2 years, in order to communicate and understand your preferences easier.
